In order to provide guidance in preparing planning, implementation and evaluation of all policies, programs and activities within the Faculty of Engineering, based on the very rapid development of external dynamics in the world of education, the 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan was published. The 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan is a revision of the 2019-2022 FT Strategic Plan
was compiled in 2019.
The 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan was prepared based on key considerations to align with the 2020-2024 ULM Strategic Plan and also the 2020-2024 Ministry of Education and Culture Strategic Plan. The rapidly changing dynamics of the world of higher education require the Faculty of Engineering to always adapt to these changes. Various existing policies have been accommodated in the 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan in accordance with the conditions and characteristics of FT. In the 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan, the achievements that have been achieved in the previous year and also the problems that are still being faced for the next 4 year period until 2024 are outlined. Furthermore, by taking into account the ULM Vision, the FT's vision, mission, goals and strategic targets are determined in accordance with Ministry of Education and Culture Strategic Plan 2020-2024 and also ULM Strategic Plan 2020-2024. With the direction of existing policies and strategies, performance targets and indicators are formulated according to each strategic target. The 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan will then become a reference in preparing operational plans or FT annual work plans until 2024.
