In accordance with the needs for implementing activities at the Faculty of Engineering, at the beginning of 2021, on Tuesday, February 2 2021, a 2021 Working Meeting was held which determined the programs and activities as well as the budget.
Working meetings were held online using Zoom Meeting for a full day from 09.30 to 16.00 WIT, attended by the chairman and secretary of the senate, all deputy deans, study program coordinators, study program secretaries, laboratory coordinators, representatives of educational staff, and representatives of the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM ).
In the working meeting, the 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan was presented first, which included an evaluation of the previous year's achievements, problems still being faced, then the vision, mission, goals and strategic targets, as well as targets and programs.
During the work meeting, activities for preparing programs and activities for each unit within the FT environment were also carried out, which included: –
-Strategic Targets (impact): 4 targets,
-Program (outcome): 65 programs,
-Activities (output): 231 activities
Of all programs and activities, the FT has also established the FT's priority Development Program, namely:
(a) Towards international accreditation,
(b) Cooperation that encourages revenue generating activities,
(c) Integrity zone towards WBK/WBBM.
The work meeting went smoothly and there were many very constructive discussions. Finally the work meeting closed at 16.00 WIT.
