Proposed changes to the UKT category for the 2021/2022 Odd Semester period or Odd UKT Exemption 2021/2022 are submitted via the "UKT Category Change" service (https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/besar-ukt/) on 17 to 31 May 2021.

Reasons for changing UKT categories that can be submitted:
1. Father/tuition fee person dies
2. The father/person who pays the tuition fees is chronically ill/permanently disabled
3. The father/college fee person was laid off
4. The father/college fee person experienced business bankruptcy
5. Father/tuition fee person retires
6. Father/college payer becomes sick
7. Father/college payer in custody (mental disorder)
8. Father's business/tuition fee cover in the informal sector has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic
9. Have siblings studying at UKT category III and above

Reasons for the 2021/2022 Odd UKT Exemption that can be submitted:
1. Students on Odd Academic Leave 2021/2022
2. Students are in Judicium (waiting for the graduation period)

Please note that the proposal ONLY PROCESSED if all requirements are met and physical evidence (hardcopy) has been submitted or sent via post/courier to the Finance and Personnel Subdivision of FT ULM on the specified date.
