The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering was appointed by the Chancellor of Lambung Mangkurat University in the Rectorate Hall on Friday (21/12/2018). Dr. Bani Noor Muchamad, ST, MT, served as dean for the 2018-2022 period replacing Dr.-Ing Yulian Firmana Arifin, ST, MT Apart from the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the official appointed at the same event was Deputy Chancellor I for Academic Affairs Dr. H. Aminuddin Prahatama Putra, M.Pd replaced Prof. Dr. Ahmad Alim Bahri, SE., M.Si, Deputy Chancellor II for General Affairs and Finance Dr. Ir. H. Achmad Syamsu Hidayat, MP replaces Dr. Hj. Aslamiah, M.Pd., Ph.D, Deputy Chancellor III for Student and Alumni Affairs Dr. Ir. H. Muhammad Fauzi, MP replaces Dr. Ir. Abrani Sulaiman, M.Sc, Deputy Chancellor IV for Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Yudi Firmanul Arifin who continued the previous period. This inauguration event was attended by the Chairman and Secretary of the Senate, the Chancellor, the Deputy Chancellors for the previous period, Deans of Faculties, Heads of Institutions, Heads of Bureaus, Heads of Divisions, Heads of UPT, Heads of Subdivisions and academics within the ULM environment.

In his speech, the Chancellor expressed his appreciation and high appreciation to officials in the previous period who had completed their duties very well with various proud achievements. The Chancellor also congratulated the newly appointed officials and emphasized that the work ahead would be even tougher.
