In order to increase the competence of teaching staff (lecturers) in the Faculty of Engineering, on Monday, February 22 2021, a socialization activity was carried out for the Acceleration of Promotion of Lecturer Functional Position Program. This activity was attended by around 85 lecturers in the FT environment who were very enthusiastic about being able to immediately upgrade their functional positions to a higher level. The socialization was delivered jointly by the Dean, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, and Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance in turn. The material presented was related to the 2020-2024 FT Strategic Plan, especially relating to the Lecturer HR improvement program and also related activities that will be implemented until 2024. Furthermore, an update to the 2019 version of the PAK Operational Guidelines and various complementary supplements issued by the Director General of Higher Education was also presented. in 2021. The last section is filled with the facilitation mechanisms provided for lecturers who will submit proposals for promotion to functional positions in 2021.
