The Mining Engineering Study Program, ULM Faculty of Engineering, which is part of the University Consortium for Open Mining Methods with members from several universities that have Mining Engineering Study Programs in Indonesia, including the Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University, Palangkaraya University and Tanjungpura University held a Webinar with the theme "Mining Mineral and Coal Open” which was held on Saturday, 08 August 2020 at 09.00 WIB via Zoom media.

In this webinar there are several resource persons from consortium members who will present several materials including; 1. Adip Mustofa, ST, MT from the ULM Mining Engineering Study Program with the material title "Looking at New Hope for Utilizing AAT (Acid Mine Water) as a New, Renewable Energy Source in Post-Coal Mining Areas", 2. Dr. Edy Nursanto, ST, MT l, IPM Mining Engineering Study Program UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta Material title "The Properties and Quality of Coal", 3. Dr. Ir. RR. Rukmowati Brotodjojo, M.Agr UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta material title "Open Mining Consortium", 4. Dr. Deddy NSP Tanggara, ST, MT UNPAR Mining Engineering Study Program with the material title "Potential of Bituminous Coal in the Central Kalimantan Region as Coking Coal", 5. Septami Setiawati, S, Si., M.Sc, MCSM Mining Engineering Study Program, UNTAN on Handling AAT ( Acid mine drainage) coal waste using the Biohydrometallurgical method. This webinar was attended by participants from academics, students and practitioners from all over Indonesia (PSTP).
