TEMPORARY CLOSURE (LOCKDOWN)

as a follow-up to efforts to prevent the spread Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19)
In connection with efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the FT ULM environment, the Dean of the FT ULM has determined the following:
1. Temporarily close (lockdown) ULM Faculty of Engineering campus starting from date January 19, 2021 up to you January 24, 2021.
2. During the temporary closure period, all activities within the Faculty of Engineering in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru will be suspended.
3. Administrative service activities are carried out randomly on line (online) via: https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/layanan/, as regulated in Decree of the Dean of FT No. 172/UN8.1.31/TU/2020 dated August 3 2020 regarding FT ULM Electronic Office Systems.
4. Education staff who are not affected by the flood, must continue to carry out their duties independently from their respective homes.
5. FT ULM campus security and parking officers continue to carry out their duties as usual and ensure that no one carries out activities on the FT ULM Banjarbaru and Banjarmasin campus premises.
6. Other matters that have not been regulated in this circular letter will be regulated later according to needs and developments in conditions.
Thus, this circular letter is submitted for implementation, hopefully all academics at the ULM Faculty of Engineering will be spared from this Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Thank you for your attention and cooperation
