Continuous quality improvement is one of the Faculty's main agendas to increase stakeholder satisfaction. This agenda is in line with the demands of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. One aspect that needs to be evaluated regularly is feedback from students, lecturers, education staff, graduates, as well as graduate users and collaboration partners regarding Study Programs and Faculties. In this regard, we ask for your help and cooperation in filling out the following questionnaire to track service satisfaction levels. 

Filling out the questionnaire is scheduled at the beginning of each semester. The questionnaire results report is updated at the end of each semester.
