The FT ULM services provided really help students in the process of carrying out activities through the online system. In the midst of a pandemic, the quality of services provided by the Faculty of Engineering to its students is not reduced, with the hope that all forms of activities and information provided will continue to be carried out and can be coordinated well and comprehensively. At first I was a little confused with the online system because it was connected to various links and I had to fill out a questionnaire (mandatory) before I could enter the service, but in the end I felt the service was easier because I didn't have to come to the FT campus considering my position was not in Banjarbaru, only at The control card does not yet have tracking of the file's position, only the service processing time. Hopefully it can be input for FT ULM services. Thank you, good morning!
