Following up on the Letter of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at ULM Number 4521/UN8/SP/2021
December 29 2021 regarding the above, the Faculty of Engineering conveys as
following:
1. Lecturer Workload Report for Odd Semester 2021/2022 no later than 15
January 2022 and Lecturer Workload Plan for Even Semester 2021/2022
collected no later than February 7 2022 to the Faculty staff, Mr. Dawn or via
email: academicft@ulm.ac.id
2. BKD Reports and Plans use the January 30 2020 version of the application
(https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/download/application-bkd-versi-januari-2020/).
3. The BKD filling rubric uses the January 2021 version
(https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/download/pedoman-operational-bkd-2021/).
4. BKD assessors are assigned according to the attached letter based on NIRA certification data
BKD from the Ministry of Education and Culture and old assessors who are declared to have passed the BKD assessor test.
5. The files collected are in the form of applications (*.ext and *.exe) and a print out of the BKD report
has been signed by the lecturer.
6. The BKD report must be accompanied by uploading Evidence of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes
Research, PkM and Support fields are uploaded in the *.ext file application.
7. Evidence of Tri Dharma PT in the Education Sector such as teaching, mentoring and so on
Documentation in the Faculty does not need to be uploaded to the *.ext file application.
8. The Faculty will submit the BKD Report and Plan to the BKD Assessor Team for
evaluated.
