Responding to questions submitted by several ULM Engineering Faculty students regarding the follow-up to ULM Chancellor's Circular Letter No. 1513/UN8/KU/2020 dated 7 May 2020 concerning Procedures for Granting UKT Rate Exemptions/Reductions for Odd Semester 2020/2021 in connection with the COVID-19 Pandemic Conditions, it is necessary to convey the following:
1) Referring to the ULM Chancellor's Circular Letter No. 1513/UN8/KU/2020, the exemption/reduction of UKT rates for Odd Semester 2020/2021 in connection with the COVID-19 Pandemic Conditions is given to Students whose study period ends in the Even Semester 2019/2020 (class of 2013) and who are left to carry out their Thesis/Final Project Examinations , but was postponed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
2) The 2020/2021 Odd Semester UKT tariff exemption/reduction for TA students other than the 2013 class has been communicated to the ULM Rectorate and is still waiting for an official letter from the University Management.
3) While waiting for the official letter from the University Management in point 2, the Faculty of Engineering is currently collecting data on the progress of final assignment implementation for students other than the 2013 class to be determined in the proposal for the 2020/2021 Odd Semester UKT rate exemption/reduction.
4) The results of the data collection in point 3 and the procedures for submitting proposals for exemption/reduction of UKT rates for Odd Semester 2020/2021 will be submitted in the ULM FT Dean's Decree and will be published officially via the website ft.ulm.ac.id.
