Following up on the ULM Chancellor's Circular Letter No. 1513/UN8/KU/2020 dated 7 May 2020 and pay attention to the FT Dean's Letter No. 1411/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 dated 12 May 2020, it was stated that TA FT ULM students can take one of the following 3 (three) options:
1) Hold the Final TA Session before June 16 2020
2) Participate in the 2020 Intermediate Semester according to the recommendations of the Study Program Coordinator, with the following requirements:
a. Pay a fee of Rp. 75,000,- per credit
b. Only permitted to take Final Project courses
c. Final TA session and completion of the TA ratification process before August 28 2020
3) Reprogram the TA in the Odd Semester 2020/2021 and if it is declared feasible (can complete the TA in Odd 2020/2021 based on the recommendation of the TA Supervisor) it can be proposed to get an exemption/relief for the 2020/2021 Odd UKT as stated in the FT Dean's Letter No. 1411/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 dated 12 May 2020.
Notes :
– Especially for 2013 TA students who choose option 3 (three), the mechanism for granting the 2020/2021 Odd Semester UKT Tariff Exemption/Reduction is regulated as per Dean's Letter No. 1424/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 .
– For TA students other than the Class of 2013, arrangements will be made later as stated in the FT Dean's Letter No. 1411/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 dated 12 May 2020.
