(2) Change: 

  • SIMARI printed transcript (starting graduation 96 > May 2020; 2 language format; Paper Standard; Photo)
  • Approval Sheet that is integrated with the Lecturer Functional Promotion Acceleration Program. 
  • Online disposition: administration services can be accessed 24 hours; some services are fully paperless;

  • At the FT level, it is equipped with an HR control system through: databases DUK FT 2020 
  • Operationalization of HR management using information technology is innovation accelerated promotion of functional positions: DUPAK integrated  databases BKD. This is to overcome the difficulties of data collection and tridharma data collection for proposing increases in lecturer appointments.

3. Openness of Public Information

3.a. Implementation of policies regarding public information disclosure
  • The public information policy at ULM has been running as proven by ULM receiving consecutive awards from 2015 to 2019.
  • In the FT environment, public information disclosure is carried out through the FT website which contains all information that can be accessed by the public. The information presented is very complete, both static and dynamic information. Information also includes data and the results of data processing which are presented attractively using infographics (tables, charts, icons, etc.). The display of public information is presented in the main menu (static), and also in several dynamic menus, such as; Announcements, News, Agenda, IG FT, and service icons.

 

3.b. Monitoring and evaluating policy implementation
  • Monitoring via the number of web views and number of file downloads

  • Result: implement feedback from the report (if there is no report in LaporFT! then no problem)
  • Follow-up: adding information features and improving communication of service results
