IV. Strengthening Performance Accountability

1. Leadership involvement

1.a. Leadership Involvement in Planning Preparation

The planning process is carried out as follows:

  1. The Faculty of Engineering's Strategic Plan was prepared through the 2018 FT Working Meeting mechanism.
  2. The Annual Work Plan and Budget are prepared after the ULM Annual Work Meeting is held.
  3. The FT Annual Work Plan and Budget is followed up through the FT Leadership Meeting mechanism 1 year before the budget year and performance achievement monitoring is carried out every month at the Routine Monthly Leadership Meeting every Wednesday, first week.
1.b. Leadership Involvement in the Preparation of Performance Determination

The planning process is carried out as follows:

2.f. Performance reporting has provided information on performance.

The reporting results are always used as evaluation material for routine meetings of FT leaders (Dean, Vice Dean, Head of Section, Head of Sub-section, Study Program) every Wednesday, in the first week of every month.

2.g. Efforts to increase the capacity of human resources that handle performance accountability
  1. Lecturers: Pre-service training, AA training, and Character Training. (attended by all lecturers in stages) 
  2. Educational Personnel: Level III & IV Leadership Training (attended by all heads of divisions and sub-divisions) 
2.h. Performance accountability management is carried out by competent human resources.
