In order to increase accountability and transparency in implementing the main tasks and functions of the FT as a work unit implementing public services in the education sector, evaluating the performance of all staff is very important.
The 2021 staff performance evaluation activity was carried out on Friday 24 December 2021 through evaluation of attendance, superior assessment and performance results. From the results of this evaluation, weaknesses can be identified that must be corrected to improve performance achievements in the following year.
