ATTENTION
Before submitting an application through this service, please prepare:
1) File scan/photo of valid official identity card (KTP/SIM).
2) Evidence file of filling out the questionnaire for FT ULM graduates/alumni for the current year period. If you haven't filled out the FT ULM graduate/alumni questionnaire,
please fill in via: https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/tracer/ (select the "Alumni Questionnaire" menu) or via: https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/kuesioner-alumni/
3) File proof of filling in the FT ULM Alumni User Questionnaire for the current year period (if currently working). If you haven't filled out the FT ULM Alumni User Questionnaire:
a. Ask the Head of the Agency/Company where you currently work to fill in: https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/tracer/ (select the “Graduate User Questionnaire” menu), or
b. Submit a request to complete the FT ULM Alumni User Questionnaire to the Head of the Agency/Company where you currently work, via:
