Regarding the MBKM program launched by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, we convey the following:
1. Based on the Letter of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs No. 2718/UN8/SP/2022 concerning Changes to the Independent Campus Stages in SIMARI, KRS activities for students participating in the MBKM program do not need to fill in the KRS in SIMARI at the start of the semester, but will be registered by the FT Operator on the Independent Campus menu in SIMARI. The converted courses and their grades will be input by the FT Operator.
2. Follow up to point 1, students are required to:
a. Consult with the Academic Advisor regarding the MBKM program that will be followed.
b. Coordinate with the Study Program regarding courses that will be converted to the MBKM program that will be followed.
c. Register via the MBKM service at the Faculty of Engineering at: https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/mbkm-ft/
d. Upload Temporary KRS () in the service system at point 2c.
3. If students at the same time take regular MK (which is not converted via MBKM), they are required to fill in the KRS at SIMARI.
4. Points 1, 2 and 3 are carried out during the KRS filling period, namely 8-21 August 2022.
5. Students who register for the Independent Entrepreneurship Program (PWM) from the Ministry of ULM are then declared not to have passed the PWM selection, so they are automatically transferred to become Village Development Program participants.
6. Students in point 5 must re-register for the MBKM FT service no later than 2 days after the announcement of the PWM selection.
