Respectfully, In connection with the implementation of PP no. 53 of 2010 concerning Civil Servant Discipline which requires every civil servant/ASN (in this case Lecturers, including Lecturers with FT ULM Work Agreements) to come to work and comply with working hours provisions, it needs to be reminded again that every FT ULM Lecturer is obliged to make daily work attendance through the finger print facilities provided at the FT ULM Campus.
To facilitate and speed up the process of permitting absences from work for ULM FT Lecturers for PERSONAL reasons (not official/work needs related to the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education) and SICKNESS, the ULM Faculty of Engineering has provided an application service facility "Lecturer Absence Permission” online below. That's all we need to say, thank you for your attention and cooperation.
