Mission

1. Organizing the Tridharma of higher education that is accountable, quality, and relevant based on the principles of good governance by providing a humanistic, innovative, and proactive learning environment for the development of science, technology, arts and culture;

2. Creating an independent and synergistic ULM environment in the management of financial resources, human resources, and institutions;

3. Creating graduates who are adaptive, harmonious, intelligent, and have a wasaka character (waja to kaputing) to meet the human resource needs of the business and industrial world;

4. Implementing and disseminating the development of science, technology, art and culture dynamically and competitively based on excellence in the field of wetland environments;

5. Develop national and international cooperation in the fields of science, technology and culture based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit.

Objective

1. Realizing the Tridharma of higher education that is just, equal, quality, and relevant to the development of science and technology that focuses on superior wetland management programs;

2. Realizing the strengthening of university governance based on good university governance, developing institutions, improving the quality of human resources and infrastructure;

3. Producing graduates who have character from waja to kaputing (wasaka) and have the competence to compete in the international world;

4. Realizing cooperation with various domestic and foreign universities, central and regional governments, the business and industrial world, and other stakeholders at the national and international levels.

Target

1. In line with Mission 1 Objective 1, the targets are: (a) Realizing a healthy organizational governance pattern, (b) Strengthening the implementation of Education, Research, and PPM.

2. In line with Mission 2 Objective 2, the targets are: (a) Increasing human resources in the field of wetland environments, (b) Increasing infrastructure to support superior wetlands, (c) Increasing the number of research, PPM, and collaboration in the field of wetlands, (d) Graduates who have character and are internationally competitive.

3. In line with Mission 3 Objective 3, the targets are: (a) Increasing IPR and patents, (b) Increasing international publications, (c) Increasing international scientific meetings, (d) Increasing international cooperation in the field of wetlands, (e) Wetland study centers at the ASIA level.

4. In line with Mission 4 Goal 4, the target is: World wetland research and development center.
