FT e-Services: Active Lecture Letter

This form is used to submit:
1) STATEMENT OF ACTIVITY IN COLLEGE: specifically for the purpose of fulfilling the salary/allowance requirements for parents/guardians of civil servants, members of the TNI/POLRI or retirees
PNS/TNI/POLRI.
2) CERTIFICATE OF ACTIVITY IN COLLEGE:
a. meet the salary/allowance requirements for parents/guardians of BUMN employees, private employees or entrepreneurs (requires data from student parents/guardians)
b. other purposes that do not require data from student parents/guardians
