Continue FT Dean's Letter No. 1424/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 dated 15 May 2020 and by paying attention to the ULM Chancellor's Circular Letter No. 1582/UN8/KU/2020 dated 18 May 2020, it was stated that the proposed exemption from Odd UKT 2020/2021 for TA students (other than class 2013) of FT ULM is regulated as follows:
1) The 2020/2021 odd semester UKT rate exemption/reduction is given to students who are programming their thesis/final project and have the potential to graduate in the 2019/2020 even semester, but are delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2) List of names of TA FT ULM students who have the right to propose exemption/reduction in UKT rates for odd semester 2020/2021 as stated in the attachment Dean's Decree No. 124/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 Regarding Extension of the Study Period and Exemption/Reduction of UKT Rates for Odd Semester 2020/2021 for Final Project Students of the Faculty of Engineering Due to the Conditions of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
3) Proposed mechanism for UKT Tariff Exemption/Reduction for Odd Semester 2020/2021 as regulated in FT Dean's Letter No. 1436/UN8.1.31/KU/2020 dated 20 May 2020.
