Mission of the Civil Engineering Study Program
- Providing quality civil engineering education to produce graduates who are able to compete in global competition.
- Developing civil engineering knowledge through research activities, especially in the field of technology in swamp areas, which is oriented towards meeting community needs.
- Actively apply civil engineering knowledge, especially technology in swamp areas, through community service activities that are oriented towards development and community welfare
Civil Engineering Study Program Curriculum
The 2013 curriculum, syllabus and teaching materials are prepared by referring to the National Curriculum from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, namely National Higher Education Standards (SNPT), Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI), Competency Based Curriculum (KBK), Civil Engineering Higher Education Deliberative Body Throughout Indonesia (BMPTTSI) and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). To complete the undergraduate program (S1) students must complete 144 credits, with mandatory MK 130 credits and optional 14 credits over 8 semesters.
The Civil Engineering Study Program has renewed its Accreditation Status from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) several times, and based on BAN-PT Decree number: 6882/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/XI/2020
The Civil Engineering Study Program has again achieved a “B” rating with a validity period from November 1, 2020 to November 1, 2025. Previously, the Civil Engineering Study Program also achieved an accredited status of “B” based on the Decree of BAN-PT Number: 1122/SK/BAN-PT/Akred/S/X/2015.
Registration for this national competition (PENLOMNAS) is the 2nd stage for active PSTS students who want to participate in various National Competitions in Indonesia, such as the National Tender Competition, National Paper Competition, Bridge Construction Festival and others.
Active students who register will be recorded in PSTS, and this data will be developed as a historical data collection for active students to provide motivation to the next generation of students
There are 3 stages for students to take part in the national competition, namely:
1. Students look for information on national competitions from WASAKA CIVIL or WASAKA CIVIL looking for students who are competent to take part in national competitions
2. Students who are selected to take part in the national competition register at PENLOMNAS
3. Students who have registered with PENLOMNAS are welcome to register for the national competition they wish to take part in
