TEMPORARY CLOSURE (LOCKDOWN)

as a follow-up to efforts to prevent the spread Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19)

In connection with efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the FT ULM environment, the Dean of the FT ULM has determined the following:

  1. Temporarily closed (lockdown) ULM Faculty of Engineering campus starting Monday, 02 August 2021 up to you Saturday, 07 August 2021.
  2. During the temporary closure period, all activities within the Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru Engineering Faculties were suspended.
  3. Administrative service activities are carried out on a regular basis on line (online) via: https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/layanan/, as regulated in Decree of the Dean of FT No. 172/UN8.1.31/TU/2020 dated 3 August 2020 about FT ULM Electronic Office Systems.
  4. FT ULM campus security and parking officers continue to carry out their duties as usual and ensure that no one carries out activities on the FT ULM Banjarbaru and Banjarmasin campus premises.
  5. The FT ULM campus cleaning staff carry out limited duties from 07.30 to 10.00 WITA, and after completing their duties they must immediately return to their respective homes.
  6. Regarding the Dean's Letter No. 1848/UN8.1.31/KP/2021 dated 31 July 2021 concerning work restrictions for administrative staff and restrictions on offline activities within the FT ULM environment will be implemented after evaluating the implementation of the temporary closure (lockdown) This.
  7. Other matters that have not been regulated in this circular letter will be regulated later according to needs and developments in conditions.

Thus, this circular letter is submitted for implementation, hopefully all academics at the ULM Faculty of Engineering will be spared from this Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19). Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
