In connection with the process of submitting proposals for UKT changes/relief for FT ULM Students for the Odd Period 2021/2022, the following matters need to be conveyed:
1. The proposal to change the UKT category on the grounds that "Father's business/tuition fee bearer in the informal sector is affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic" was not approved by the Finance Department of the Rectorate of Lambung Mangkurat University.
2. For students who have submitted a proposal to change the UKT category with the reason "Father's business/tuition fee bearer in the informal sector affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic" in the period 17 to 31 May 2021 (list of names attached), are given the opportunity to resubmit the proposal change in UKT category for the following reasons:
a. My father/college payer passed away
b. Father/person who pays tuition fees is chronically ill/permanently disabled
c. My father/college payer was laid off
d. My father/tuition fee person experienced business bankruptcy
e. Father/college payer retires
f. My father/college payer became sick
g. Father/college payer in custody (mental disorder)
h. Have siblings studying at UKT rate category III and above
3. Students receiving Bidik Misi scholarships whose scholarship period has expired in the 2021/2022 Odd Semester are given the opportunity to apply for "UKT Category Determination".
4. Proposals for changing the UKT category as explained in number 2 and determining the UKT category as explained in number 3 are submitted through the "UKT Category Change" service (https://ft.ulm.ac.id/id/
Please note, suggestions ONLY PROCESSED For students who meet the provisions in numbers 2 and 3, all completeness requirements are met and physical evidence (hardcopy) has been submitted or sent via post/courier to the Finance and Personnel Subdivision of FT ULM on the specified date.
